| How can I place a request for a custom order? | There are several ways that we can create a custom floral arrangement for you. If you know what you want and have a photograph great! We specialize in creating beautiful arrangements from photos. If you do not have a picture, don't worry, we can work with you to ensure your total satisfaction. After speaking with you personally, we can even send you pictures of what we think it is you are looking for. After all, no one knows what they want better than you do! |
| What types and colors of silk flowers may I choose from to create my order? | We have access to virtually hundreds of flower types and colors for you to choose from. Visit our sampler page to get an idea of some of the types and colors that are available. If you think that you might want something that you do not see listed there, by all means contact us and we would be happy to send you pictures of just what you are looking for. |
| I am trying to match the color of my flowers with the dresses of my bridesmaids. Is there a way I can be sure that this will happen? | Absolutely! We get this question quite often. The best way that we know to guarantee that the colors you select will match is for you to send us a small swatch of the color you are trying to match. Keep in mind however, while the color may match, textures can vary and may give the illusion of being different. |
| How do I know I will be happy with my floral arrangement? | At Silk Memories, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you would like, we will send you a photograph of your flowers prior to shipping them to you. If there is anything that you are unhappy with, let us know! We take your order seriously and want you to be happy. The last thing we want is for you to have an unexpected surprise! |
| How far in advance must I place an order to receive my flowers on time? | While silk flowers are not as seasonally dependant as real flowers, sometimes certain types of flowers (or colors) can be more difficult to obtain than others. Normally, we recommend that you place your order no less than three (3) months or on large orders, we would ask that you place your order at least four (4) months prior to your event date. We will certainly will let you know if we foresee any problems with the flowers that you have chosen at the time your order is placed. When in doubt, you can always check with us first. We are here to help you! |
| How soon before I need my flowers will I receive them? I'm really concerned that I will have them on time for my wedding. | We always will ask for your requested delivery date when you place your order. As a rule, we always try and ship your flowers BEFORE your requested date. Remember, these flowers do not have the same limitations as real flowers. If we can ship them to you sooner, we always will. You already have enough stress in your life from planning your event and the last thing we want is you worrying about when your flowers will arrive! |
| Help! I need flowers right away for a special occasion. Can you help me? | It really depends on how fast "Right Away" really is. For something like a birthday surprise, anniversary or other occasion requiring flowers on short notice, we can usually help. To make absolutely sure however, please contact us to check for availability and explain what you are looking for. We will try to help you any way we can. |
